Today marked the groundbreaking on the monumental addition coming to the Town of Longboat Key; The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort and Residences.
Sitting on over 800 feet of white powdery sand on the Gulf of Mexico, The Residences at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort offer private, luxury living on the Gulf. The St. Regis brings its revered, best-in-class legacy to 17.6 acres on the shores of Longboat Key and will feature 166-room luxury hotel and 69 private residences.
Leading the way in the Development of this grand overtaking is Unicorp National Development, Moss National Construction, SB Architects-Miami, Enea Landscape Architecture , Marc-Michaels Interior Design and a partnering with Marriot Hotels.
Since sales kicked off during the fall of last year, roughly 80 percent of the residences have sold. with total sales amount to more than $300 million.
