Today’s video is our fourth and final video in our Lakewood Ranch video series and features communities “Out East”.
Lakewood Ranch is the nation’s best selling, all ages community in the nation. A master planned community, Lakewood Ranch covers over 33,000 of land; that’s bigger than Disney World! There are 31 villages in Lakewood Ranch, 19 of which are selling new construction!
We begin our tour at the Premier Sports Campus located off of State Road 70 and Post Blvd. This large sports complex 140 acre campus with 22 FIFA-regulation Celebration Bermuda grass fields and a 3,000+ seat stadium. The facility hosts numerous tournaments, games and activities year round and will be undergoing a large expansion in the next several years. Additions will include an aquatic center, new library, dog park and more.
Next we visit Del Webb, just east of the sports campus. This is a 55 and older resort lifestyle community offering tennis, luxury pools, on site restaurant and maintenance free home living. Homes currently on the market begin just under $800,000.
Last we stop at Lakewood National. Lakewood National is one of the several golf communities in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Covering over 900 acres of land, Lakewood National sits on a 36 hole Arnold Palmer designed championship golf course as well as esort-style amenities including the grand clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, beach entry lagoon pool, casual poolside dining, full-service spa, and more.
