Shyla this is misrepresented there is another owner to this path as well across the street from me and path has rules that cant leave anything on path Am curious if this is developer that is selling an ownership. I am property owner to north of path and am curious as I am somewhat affected by its usage. Thanks if you have time to respond. Another note of interest is we may get cut off from beach walking by a neighbor a few houses to south. Not a good selling point.
