Today, let’s talk about LUNCH! Downtown Sarasota lunch spots, that is! You can view the video of these lunch spots HERE!

First stop, Station 400 located off of Lemon Ave. This is personally one of my favorite spots for lunch (or brunch!). This location is the “flagship” Station 400 location, built from an old Indiana train station. The restaurant has a very nostalgic feel, a wonderful outdoor patio area and the mimosas are delicious! Visit www.station400.com for more info!

Next stop, O’Learys Tiki Bar and Grill, located right on the water off of Bayfront Drive. O’Leary’s opens at 8AM for breakfast and is open until 10 during the week and 11PM on weekends. The have live music each and every night and is really a must visit when looking for a casual waterfront experience! Visit www.olearystikibar for more info!

If you are looking for an upscale dining experience, make a reservation or stop by Duvals. This seafood restaurant offers the freshest seafood and a fantastic menu and they source from the local Sarasota fisherman directly! The contemporary indoor setting is stunning or you can sit out on their patio dining area! Visit www.duvalsfreshlocalseafood.com

Last stop of Sarasota’s best lunch spots is The Main Bar Sandwich. I had the Reuben sandwich and I have to say it is the best sandwich I have ever had! The interior of this “hole in the wall” establishment features a collection of pictures from Charlie and Thea Borza, who were retired circus performers and the shops original owners. Soups, sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts, this place has something for everyone! Definitely a must do! Visit https://themainbar.com/menu/
