Today’s video is the first of four videos we will be doing about Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
Lakewood Ranch is the nation’s best selling, all ages community in the nation. A master planned community, Lakewood Ranch covers over 33,000 of land; that’s bigger than Disney World! There are 31 villages in Lakewood Ranch, 19 of which are selling new construction!
We start at the newest addition to Lakewood Ranch, Waterside Place Town Center. This will be the Sarasota area’s first water front shopping and entertainment district. It spans 36 acres and features shops, boutiques, restaurants and numerous activities.
Residents who live in one Waterside’s neighborhoods will have access to Waterside via a water taxi or bike trails! There are presently two residential neighborhoods in Waterside; Shoreview and Lakehouse Cove, with numerous more planned for the end of the year and into 2023.
Next, we make a list to The Lake Club. Undoubtedly one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Lakewood Ranch. This exclusive lakefront enclave of over 700 homes, all tucked behind a private, gated entrance. The 20,000 sq. ft Grand Clubhouse is the centerpiece of this stunning neighborhood, and offers all the amenities a resident needs. Mick Jagger recently bought a home in the Lake Club!
