QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Low Rise, Mid rise & High rise condos, what’s the difference?

When looking for a condo, you may hear the terms, “low rise, mid rise or high rise”.  The differences obviously lie in the number of stories, but WHAT is the breakdown?

• Low-Rise Condo: the building has 1 – 4 stories
• Mid-Rise Condo: the building has 5 – 9 stories
• High-Rise: the building has 10 or more stories
