- Within the last week {first week of June ’20} our office has closed $20M in real estate transactions.
- We are excited to reveal the fantastic news that our Brokerage will be opening up a new office space on beautiful St. Armands Circle, next to the new Shore storefront and restaurant. We are so excited for this move and the new location!

- The stock market is up 27,000 points
- May saw the biggest job increase ever of 2.5 million as the economy starts to recover from COVID-19. Unemployment also dropped, now at 13.3%
- Upon further analysis by economists, the bottom of the Covid market was April 9th and has had an upswing since then. At this moment, we are unsure with 100% certainty how that upswing will look {bell, pyramid or other type of curve…}
