I will coordinate and attend showings with you, bringing my expertise of the area.
If you are selling your home, I will meet with you and provide an indepth market evaluation with recent and comparable solds, as well as my comprehensive marketing plan. If needed, I will provide suggestions on small ways to garner a higher sales price, prior to photography. We coordinate and provide professional photography for each and every listing we take on, at NO cost to you.
Once your find the perfect property or recieve an offer, we will discuss in detail the comparable properties that have sold and are listed, and come up with strategy. I negotiate fiercely for my clients to get them the best price in this competitive market.
Once a contract is accepted, we will move into the escrow and inspection periods. We have the best team of title companies and inspectors to make these sometimes stressful days go as smooth as planned. My team and I will coordinate all appointments needed; inspections, appraisals, repairs (if needed) and anything else that may pop up along the way. We also keep track of all the necessary paperwork and important deadlines. Our #1 goal is to make this as easy on you as possible!
As we move toward closing, we can recommend insurance agents, movers, cleaners, home watch or any other service you may need. We have a lengthy list of vendors and service providers.
I will attend the final walk thru with you, and closing following. Post closing, I am always available to all of my clients for anything they may need.
Having a seasoned agent is also beneficial if you are purchasing a new construction build. The builder’s agent has a Realtor representative who represents THEIR best interests.
